When hiring conditions change: review the complete offer
A planning guide to salaries, benefits, sourcing choices and timelines when the candidate market changes.

Sample editorial guidance — not a report of a recent interview, verified market change or live worker shortage. TGL-approved reporting is pending.
Review the package as a whole
A base salary is only part of the employment offer. Working hours, overtime, accommodation, meals, transport, insurance and deductions should be stated clearly. Keep currencies and gross or net amounts explicit so candidates and employers can compare written terms accurately.
Revisit sourcing and timing
Candidate availability may differ between sourcing countries, qualifications and language requirements. Review eligibility, document readiness and assessment arrangements before committing to a deployment date. A wider sourcing brief is an option to assess, not a guarantee of faster recruitment.
Use verified information
Ask TGL to review the role and proposed terms against the approved job order. Any published market update should identify its source, location and reporting period. This is sample planning guidance, not a current salary benchmark or a report of measured market changes.
